What are the costs

e-Legal Services charges Executors’s fee on winding up of Deceased Estate which is payable from the Estate and Statutory Prescribed Fee:

  • Executor’s remuneration: 3.5% calculated on the gross value of the assets
  • Income collection fee: 6% calculated on all post-death revenue.

The Executor’s fee does not include the following:

  • Costs of Advertisements 
  • Debts of the deceased person
  • Master’s Fee
  • Conveyancing transfer fees of property as per tariff
  • Accountant fees if required and tax liabilities of the Deceased
  • Litigation fees if any
